Determining Ring Size:
It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide the correct finger size when purchasing a ring.
Learning your ring size from a jeweler will help you reach the most accurate result. However, if you want to calculate your finger size yourself, you can use the two simple methods below.
How to Calculate Ring Size?
Method 1
To calculate the size of the ring you will buy, place a ring you have used before horizontally on the table and measure it from the inside out with a ruler that measures in millimeters (mm). When doing this, make sure to measure the widest part of the ring. This value determines the diameter of your ring, the ring size/number corresponding to the 'diameter' in the ring size table below is your finger size.
You should make sure that you will wear the ring you will buy on the same finger as the ring whose diameter you calculated above.
Method 2
If you don't have a ring that fits the finger you plan to wear, wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark the point where the two ends meet with a pencil, and measure the part of the paper up to the point you marked in millimeters (mm). Make sure to measure the widest part of the ring when doing this. This measurement will give you the length of the circumference of your finger, the ring size/number corresponding to the 'circumference' in the ring size table below is your finger size. In this method, you should be careful not to squeeze the paper too much. There may be a small margin of error if you squeeze it.
If you are not satisfied with the size of the ring made according to your measurements, it can be changed for a repair fee. In this case, the structure of the ring must be suitable for measurement. It is not guaranteed to be made for every ring.
More Ring Size Tips
· The ambient temperature can cause you to get the wrong size when measuring your ring size. If you measure your finger when your hands are cold, it may be half a size smaller, and if you measure when your hands are warm, it may be half a size larger. To get accurate results, measure your finger at average temperatures, preferably at the end of the day when your fingers are at their widest.
· If your finger has a thicker joint, measure the joint when you measure your ring size and determine an average size. Your ring should fit comfortably over your joint.
If you are torn between two ring sizes, always choose the larger size.

You can clean your uncoated silver products using silver cleaning liquids sold in the market. For coated products, the coating will need to be renewed. In both cases, if you want to receive maintenance or repair support, you can request maintenance service for a fee. In such cases, the shipping costs that will occur must be covered by the customer.
